Revolut
Revolut isn't the best option for virtual cards if you live in the US, but it is a way to get a few more cards to use in your billing profiles.
Revolut requires you to have money topped up in your balance before using those cards for purchases. It is not like Privacy where it will automatically draw from your bank account or debit card after you make a purchase.
Supported Sites
Currently Revolut cards work on most websites. This includes the following:
Yeezy Supply ✅
Adidas ✅
Shopify ✅
Footsites ✅ - one card can be shared between each site.
Mesh ✅
Finish Line/JD Sports US ✅- cards can be shared between the two sites.
Revolut cards do not work on the following sites:
Supreme ❌ (US cards don't work, but other regions may work)
Billing Profile Guidelines
Name: Any name can be used.
Address: Line 1 and 2 of address can be set to anything you want.
Zip Code: Any zip code can be used.
How to Enroll for Revolut
1. Download the Revolut app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
2. Once you open the App, enter your phone number and then create a 4-digit passcode for your Revolut account.
3. Revolut will send you a text message with a 6-digit pin. Enter the pin into the app.
4. You will be asked to fill in your name, mailing address, email and SSN.
5. Agree to the cardholder agreement and then submit your application.
6. You may be placed on a waiting list depending on where you apply from.

How to Top Up Revolut
1. Tap on the "Accounts" tab. This should be the default page upon opening the app.
2. Tap the "Add money" button.
3. Fill in your debit card/bank account information, or select it if it's been added prior. Tap "Continue" afterwards.
4. Enter the amount you wish to top up to your Revolut balance and then tap the "Add money" button as shown in step 2.
Note that if you just added your debit card, there will be a smaller daily top up limit until you use it a few times to add money to it during separate days. The daily limit will reset after 24 hours of reaching it. Once you've established regular use, you will be able to top up larger amounts within one day.

How to Create Revolut Cards
1. On the home page, tap the "Cards" tab.
2. Tap the "+ Add card" button.
3. Select the Virtual debit card option.
4. Tap the Get virtual card button to generate your virtual card. Take note of the card that was generated and copy the information to your billing profile.
5. You can view cards that you have generated at any time by returning to the Cards tab from the home page.
Note that you can only generate one card on the free plan. You can generate up to five virtual cards if you have the premium plan.
Revolut Plans
Revolut offers both a Premium and Metal plan. The prices for both are shown below:
Premium - $9.99/Month or $94.99/Year
Metal - $16.99/Month or $149.99/Year

The metal plan likely won't be needed if you only plan to use it for reselling purposes. The premium option would be sufficient unless you want additional perks from your Revolut account.
1. To upgrade your plan, tap your profile settings on the top left of the home page.
2. Under the "Upgrade" tab, select the banner that displays the option for a premium or metal account.
3. Select the plan you would like to purchase - Premium or Metal.
Managing Existing Revolut Cards
On the home page, tap the "Cards" tab.
2. Select the card you'd like to manage from the list presented.
3. From the options presented, you can either view the card number, freeze it or delete the card.
Merchant Locks
Revolut does not lock to any merchant. You can reuse the card anywhere you want.
Card Creation Limit
If you have the free plan, you can only have one main card associated with your Revolut account. If you have the premium plan, you can create up to 5 virtual cards plus one disposable virtual card.
