Notification Guide
AMNotify has a LOT of channels. It is very important that your notifications are properly setup so that you can take full advantage of our monitors and restock pings. This will allow you to tailor your notifications to your own likings, so that you don't miss out on any important posts from staff members, monitors, etc.
Please refer to the following guide below for more information on how to set up your notifications:
Notification GuideMonitors & Monitor Server
Monitors are used in order to receive updates and notifications from specific websites on when a product is restocked. They are a great way to catch shock drops and restocks that weren't planned, to ensure you always have the best chances of copping profitable items.
AMNotify offers hundreds of monitors. In an effort to reduce clutter, we have moved the majority of our monitor channels into a separate Discord Server. The AMNotify Monitor Server is home to ALL of the restock monitors that AMNotify has to offer! Essential monitor channels are still found throughout our main server. Click Here to join our Monitor Server if you have not already done so.
The AMNotify Team is always watching for monitor pings and will notify you when a profitable item restocks. Be sure to set up your roles and notifications as mentioned previously to make sure you receive the necessary notifications for best utilization of our monitors.
Setting Up Personal Monitor
AMNotify offers a Personal Monitor that allows you to setup keywords / tasks to receive entirely custom notifications, directly to your personal monitor channel. This is great if you are trying to catch a specific restock, or just looking for a personal item to add to your collection! The Personal Monitor utilizes monitors from both the main AMNotify Server and the AMNotify Monitor Server.
Activation
To setup your Personal Monitor, you will first want to navigate to the 💻┃activate-your-personal-monitor channel. While in this channel, type /activate and select the command shown.
Once selected, press the ENTER key to confirm the activation of your personal monitor!
Once completed, you will be presented with a confirmation message that directs you to your Personal Monitor Channel.

Your Personal Monitor Channel can always be found directly under the 💻┃activate-your-personal-monitor channel.
Adding and Managing Keyword Tasks
Before adding or managing any tasks, make sure you are inside of your Personal Monitor Channel. See the above section to access your channel.
Adding a Task
To add a new keyword task, type /add_task followed by your desired keywords. Positive Keywords are separated by a space. Use a comma to separate multiple Keyword Sets and Negatives. Use a - (minus sign) before the keyword to indicate negative keywords. Keywords are NOT case-sensitive.
Example Keyword Argument: /add_task task: travis scott jordan, jordan high mocha, -shirt -low -pant -tee

Remember that each use of /add_taskis one new task on your account. So for example: travis scott jordan would mean I do not get pinged for travis or scott, or jordan. I would only get pinged for travis, scott, and jordan in the same monitor embed!
Additional Optional Command Arguments: You will see these options while attempting to add a task to your personal monitor.
auto_open: Optional, set to either True or False. Enabling this will cause this specific personal monitor task to open a matched ping directly to your browser. The AMNotify Extension is required to use this feature. You must have an active web browser opened on your computer with the AMNotify Extension installed.
desktop_notification: Optional, set to either True or False. Enabling this will cause this specific personal monitor task to send notifications directly to your browser. The AMNotify Extension is required to use this feature. You must have an active web browser opened on your computer with the AMNotify Extension installed.
blacklist_or_whitelist: Optional, set to either Blacklist or Whitelist. Blacklist allows to select specific channels that the monitor task will ignore. Whitelist mode will allow you to select specific channels that the monitor task will use EXCLUSIVELY; only the selected channels will be target by the personal monitor.
channels: to be used ONLY after selecting either Blacklist or Whitelist from blacklist_or_whitelist argument. Use this portion of the command to actually specify the blacklist or whitelist channels. Must use # before typing the channel name to be able to search for the channel. EX:
#shopify-unfiltered
Removing a Task
To remove a task, type /delete task then select the command and wait for the list to populate with your tasks.

Select your desired task and press ENTER to remove the task.

You will be presented with a confirmation message upon deletion.

List and Edit Tasks
To list your current personal monitor tasks, simply use /list_tasks . Each task will be displayed with their positive and negative keywords, in addition to any optional settings that were set.

To Edit your personal monitor tasks, use /edit_task and select which task you would like to edit. The task selection process is exactly the same as when you would delete a task. Once selected, you will have the option to set new_keywords, in addition to any desired optional settings!

We also offer the option to Blacklist specific channels directly in the personal monitor channel, without having to edit your tasks. Personal Monitor notifications in your channel will have a ⛔ button under each embed. Click the ⛔ button to blacklist the channel that the notification came from.
Use /remove_blacklisted_channel_id to revert any accidental blacklists.
Please do not hesitate to ask for support if you need any assistance with any aspect of the Personal Monitor. Please report any bugs by opening a ticket in our server.
Setting Up Quick Tasks
If you own a Shopify bot, it is very helpful to set up quick tasks for the best chance of hitting restocks you aren't running automations for already. For more information on how to set this up, please check out the quick task guide.
Setting Up Quick TasksSneaker Dictionary
There are a lot of terms and acronyms used when it comes to sneaker reselling that may be confusing for newcomers to the scene. If you are unfamiliar with some of the more common terms used, check out the following link below to find a collection of the more popular ones:

Mobile AppIntroduction to Botting Guide
Bots are a good way to automate the process of purchasing sneakers and other limited items for profit. To get started with botting, and understanding the resources and other items needed to be successful with it, we recommend to check the Introduction to Botting Guide linked below to get started.
Introduction to Botting GuideFor additional information on resources required, such as bots, profiles, proxies, servers and captchas, please visit the following links below.
ProfilesProxiesServersBotsCaptchasUnderstanding Release Channels
Sneakers and other profitable items will typically have their own release channel associated with it to serve as dedicated information sources. These channels will typically include the release date, list of stores dropping and the time, predicted resale values and StockX links, early information such as links, variants, stock numbers and more.

The Green, Yellow and Red circles next to the channel are used to indicate the expected profitability of the item being covered.
🟢 - (Green) = High profit margins, all sizes should be profitable.
🟡 - (Yellow) = Limited profit margins in all sizes.
🔴 - (Red) = Minimal if any profit margins across all sizes.
It will of course be your choice on whether or not to go for those items depending on the markets available for you to sell. Not all items will be profitable selling on mainstream sources such as StockX, but for those who sell locally or through local shops, consignment, etc., may be able to profit more on those items.
As an example, if I wanted to find more information on the Kobe VI Protro Dodgers release, I would click on the channel as shown below.
![]()
The first thing you will see is basic information on the item, such as the release date, SKU, and retail price.

Scrolling further down the release channel, you will find various information for each store dropping, such as early links, variants, etc. and the stock levels if known/loaded.

Live Drop Info Channel
In an effort to make the release channel less cluttered and to minimize the amount of clicking between channels if multiple drops are happening at the same time, the live drop channel was created for all real time update information to be posted.
This channel can be found under the Important category.
Drop reminders, start time notifications, and so on will be posted in this channel. This is especially helpful if you are running Shopify bots, as you will get real time updates on queue and best times to start tasks.
Be sure to enable notifications for this channel.
