Profiles
Name
Random first, random last name
Address
Recommended to jig address for each profile
Jig methods include the following:
Random Characters such as 3-4 letters after street number
Street Suffixes
Misspellings
In the past Hibbett has often banned addresses and labeled them as resellers. Recommended to jig to avoid this.
Cards
Most cards should work, including:
American Express Employee Cards
Amex Extend
Capital One (Visa only, MasterCard does not work)
Hard Cards
Revolut
Slash
Stripe Issuing
Tradeshift
Email
Real emails or catchalls work
Recommended to keep orders to one per email to avoid cancels
Phone Number
Random Phone Number with Real Area Code
Matching Shipping and Billing
It is recommended to have shipping and billing information match.
Mismatching shipping and billing address in the past has led to cancellations by their fraud protection in the past.
Duplicates/Checkout Limits and Cancels
While Hibbett may sometimes not care for duplicates, they do often cancel orders once you've been labelled as a reseller.
Recommended to have unique info per order to avoid cancels.
If your address is flagged as a reseller address, you'll need to jig address and/or potentially start using a new one.
Captcha
Hibbett uses PX for their bot protection.
If you are flagged accessing their website, you will need to solve a PX captcha in order to access their store.
Bots should handle solving captchas for you and does not require third party services.
Proxies
Hibbett utilizes PX and Cloudflare for bot protection.
ISPs can work, but most will struggle with being able to pass bot protection.
Residential proxies work best and much more recommended to use.
Hibbett can be data intensive due to the amount of bot protection bots need to go through so keep this in mind when running.
Task to Proxy Ratio
Residential - minimum of 3-5 proxies per task. Residential proxies are not as reliable or stable as ISP are, so you want to allow them to rotate as needed if they are dead or banned.
ISP - one task per proxy. Running more tasks on an IP makes for a higher chance for the proxy to get flagged.
Monitor Input
Bots will use either PID, a mix of PID and color, variants or direct product link.
Product input will be either the direct URL to a product or the PID.
Example of PID: https://www.hibbett.com/nike-air-force-1-low-le-white-white-mens- shoe/1P145.html?dwvar_1P145_color=1000 - PID is 1P145, color is 1000.
Variants will correspond to a specific size for a sneaker, similar to Shopify variants.
AMNotify will provide variants and stock for each release.
Start Times
Hibbett often restocks at the same times every day, especially in 15 minute intervals.
The restock times will be at either :00, :15, :30, or :45, or in 30 minute intervals from each other.
Most common restock time is at 9:30 AM EST for the larger restocks, but can be other times of the day as well.
Most bots have scheduling features in place for tasks to run only 1-2 minutes before these specified minute marks in order to conserve data and avoid being flagged by bot protection.
For initial drops, you can normally start tasks when Cloudflare is enabled.
You can check if Cloudflare is enabled by accessing Hibbett's website and if you see the image below prompted, then it is up.

Delays
This will vary from bot to bot.
Some bots like Prism recommend 1000 right before a typical drop time (such as 6:30), while Hayha recommends 3500 for monitor and error delay.
If running 24/7, it is recommended to run at least 7500 delay, but not recommended to run outside of typical drop times to avoid data burn and flagging proxies.
Accounts
Accounts are not required for Hibbett; however, they will make the manual checkout process a little bit smoother.
Daily Restocks
Hibbett tends to restock daily at 9:30 - 9:32AM EST. These restocks are typically in large quantities. You should be running any Hibbett bots you own and also trying manual for these restocks, as bots will often be impacted by increased security.
Step 1: Navigate to https://www.hibbett.com/ around 9:28AM EST.
Step 2: Login to your account.
Step 3: Navigate to your Desired Product. Ensure that the product has been added to your favorites list.
Step 4: Begin refreshing about 10 seconds before 9:30AM EST. Do not refresh to quickly, or you will get blocked.
Step 5: Attempt to checkout any restocks that occur via Apple Pay. Watch for our monitor to ping.
Manual Tips
Do not discredit the opportunity to go manual, especially on drops
Hibbett often turns up bot protection to very high levels, making a lot of bots not work for long periods of time or on initial drops.
To avoid PX issues/flags, you can first navigate to https://www.hibbett.com/ and then to the product page. You can time this before the typical drop/restock times.
Apple Pay is very helpful on Hibbett and often is what leads to the most success when going manual. You can use Apple Pay directly on the product page by simply selecting a size and choosing the Apple Pay button instead of Add to Bag to directly checkout.
In the event Apple Pay does not load, you can try adding the product to your Favorites List and then adding the product to cart from there. https://www.hibbett.com/myfavorites
