Roles

The roles you choose help us categorize what information you want to make use of and what you want to be notified of, let's go over what the different roles are for.

• Tickets - Role for all events taking place in the USA/Canada/EU and around the rest of the world. This role is pinged for all news, signups and release calls too.

• Ticket Restocks - Restocks we catch will be pinged to this role, important to have

Notifications

Now you've got the right roles, let's make sure you always get the notifications you will need to secure those tickets.

• By default, the monitor channels do not send notifications to your phone or PC. This is to avoid spamming you with notifications for every ping.

• Tickets category: We recommend keeping all notifications on for the following channels; - Live-Drop-Feed - Presale-Signups Periodically checking the category also to familiarize yourself with the channels inside there!

• Call channels: Also recommended to keep notifications on for these channels. Most messages here will include a @ ping for the respective role, but to not miss any updates or extra information, keep notifications on.
