Citi
Citi VCC is another provider for virtual cards. While they are not as good as other providers, they do offer virtual cards that work for some stores. They often decline on various websites though so they aren't a great option compared to other cards.
Supported Websites
Currently Citi Virtual cards work on a few websites. This includes the following:
Shopify ✅
Footsites ✅ - cannot be shared across any Footsite. You will need a separate Citi card for each Footsite.
Nike ✅
Yeezy Supply ✅ - sometimes inconsistent for some.
Finish Line/JD Sports US ✅ - one card cannot be shared across each site.
Supreme ✅
Billing Profile Guidelines
Name: any name can be used.
Address: any address can be used within the same zip code. This includes address modifications such as changing words such as street to st.
Zip Code: has to match zip code registered to card.
Citi cards are tied to zip code only. You can use any billing information other than that, including name and street address. Only zip code needs to match.
How to Enroll for Citi

2. Find a card that interests you based on different factors such as your credit score, annual fee, cash back rewards, etc.
3. Most Citi cards are eligible for virtual account numbers. The most commonly used card is Citi® Double Cash Card, but you can select other cards as well.
The only Citi cards that are not eligible for virtual account numbers are the Costco Anywhere Visa® Card by Citi, Costco Anywhere Visa® Business Card by Citi, and the old Citi Dividend card (which is no longer open to new applications).
4.Once you find a card that interests you, fill out the application process. If you are approved, you will be able to generate virtual account numbers once you receive the card.

Managing Existing Citi Virtual Cards
To manage existing cards, simply return to the main menu and click the View Previous Numbers option.
Here you will be able to scroll through your active cards and see which merchants they are locked to once used already.
To delete already existing cards, you can click the view active numbers option shown below.
Select the card you wish to delete, and then click the close number option. Click ok to confirm deletion.
Merchant Locks
Citi cards can be used on any supported site referenced previously. However, once a card is used for one merchant, that card is forever tied to that merchant and cannot be used elsewhere. For example, if you make a purchase on the card at Nike, you will not be able to use it at Foot Locker.
For Footsites, you cannot share cards across each site. You will need a unique card for each Footsite.
Card Creation Limit
Citi allows you to create up to 100 cards within a short period of time. They will eventually let you make more when you start to use the ones already generated.
