What is a SNKRS scratch drop?
A SNKRS scratch is when a product is loaded on SNKRS along with a story attached to it.
What does a SNKRS scratch look like?
In the series of images below, you will be seeing what a SNKRS scratch looks like:
When the product loads, it'll be on the homepage of the SNKRS app.
From here you will be greeted with a description letting you know that there is an image to be scratched in order to access the limited item.
SNKRS will load a similar obscure image where you will have to start scratching in order to gain access to the shoe.
Once you start scratching the obscure image, you will start to see the shoe. In most cases you will need to scratch off at least 75% of the shoe to gain access. More images below.
We would advise when you get to this step to skip the video on the top left of the screen you will see an X. This ensures you get access a little faster.
Once you get roughly 75% of the shoe uncovered from the image, you will be greeted with a video showcasing the shoe with a little history.

How do manual users ensure success?
You can ensure success by having the following checklist:
Keeping your SNKRS app up to date
Ensuring all of your information is already saved on your SNKRS app ( Credit card, Address, Shoe size)
Ensuring you keep notifications on for #staff-important, #live-drop-info and #announcements at the very least. We tend to link these drops in #live-drop-info for faster manual access.
Being persistent when the drop is live ( expect errors and slow loading times )
Release is FCFS once you get access, so be fast!
Are bot supported for a SNKRS scratch?
Thankfully NO BOTS have supported SNKRS scratches.
