Automations

Valor Automation

Getting Started

  • Start by navigating to the left-hand side of Valor and click on the "Misc" button.

  • From here click on the box labeled "Shopify Monitor"

  • To create a new automation group, click the purple plus button to the right of the "Shopify Monitor Groups" text.

  • You will be prompted to give your automation group a name, and when done click "Create" to create the new group.

  • After your group is created, make sure you are clicked onto the newly made box with the name that you made.

  • The next step is to create your automation tasks for your newly created automation group. Start by clicking on the purple plus located beneath your automation group.

Configuring Settings

  • You should now see an entire array of settings to choose from. The settings work as follows:

  • Site: Here you can toggle the Shopify sites that you wish to monitor with your keywords. If there isn't a site on this list that you wish to monitor, than the site is not currently supported by valor automations.

  • Mode: Here you can choose between different Shopify modes that Valor supports. The current list is Normal (Recommended over pre-load in case of shock restocks to avoid queue), Preload, Super Safe (Not recommended for automations), and Fast (Also recommended to avoid queue and non bp restocks). If you wish to run a keyword group with different modes, simply duplicate the group and select one mode for one and another mode for another. Doing so will create a different task group with each mode whenever your inputted keywords are detected in the monitor.

  • Size: Pretty self explanatory, select the sizing you want the bot to pick-up in regards to the product(s) associated with your keywords.

  • Stop Tasks After: Here you can input however many minutes you want your tasks to run before being stopped and deleted.

  • Min Price / Max Price: Both optional settings, but helpful when trying to pickup correct products.

  • Monitor Delay / Retry Delay: This is where you can set the delays in milliseconds that you want your tasks to run at when started.

Toggle Settings

  • Search Link: Enable this if you wish to monitor product titles as well as the URL with your keyword list.

  • Auto Switch Mode: This will automatically switch the mode of your tasks in your task group to either Fast or Normal depending on if BP is enabled or not.

  • Delete Task Group After Stop: Enable this if you want newly created task groups created from automations to be deleted instead of just stopping after your inputted stop time.

  • Checkpoint Auto MLC: Enabling this will create a task group and tasks for any shopify site that puts up checkpoint that is toggled in your "Site" dropdown. When/If that site drops a product that matches any of your keywords, your tasks will automatically be mass link changed to that product.

  • Checkpoint Auto Run Link: This can only be enabled if auto MLC is disabled and if you only have links inputted in your "Monitor Input List". If enabled, this will atomically create tasks with the links you provided for a site that puts checkpoint up. This is mostly useful for shopify sites like Shoe Palace and Shop Nice Kicks. Stop On Checkpoint Down: Enable this if you have Checkpoint Auto MLC/Run Link toggled and want your tasks to stop after checkpoint goes down.

  • Monitor Input List: This is where you will input your keywords (or links depending on if Auto Run Link is enabled) that you want to be monitored 24/7 on the sites that you have selected. Keywords are formatted like the following: +keyword,+keyword,-negative

  • The rest of the automations settings are for you to select things like the profiles that you wish to use, accounts that you wish to use (optional), proxy group that you wish to use (Can also select no proxy if you want to run automations on your localhost), and the number of tasks that you want created (Each profile selected is 1 task so inputting 2 in your task quantity will essentially double your tasks).

  • After you have selected all of your desired settings and inputted your keywords/links in your monitor input list, click the purple "Create" button to create your new automation task.

  • Notes: Your automation task should now have the status "Monitoring..." which indicates that it is currently active. To disable your automation tasks simply click the "Pause all" button in the top right or click the purple square button found at the top of your automation task. To restart them simply click the "Resume All" button or click the purple play button.
