FLX raffles are the system currently in place for both types of raffles:

Instore Pickup
FLX raffles will utilize what's known as headstarts, which will give you more of an advantage in terms of being chosen as a winner for raffles.

Accounts
Accounts are required in order to enter an FLX raffle for shipping or instore pickup.
Accounts are free to create.
The best way to create accounts is to use a tool such as Kalevala or AYCD to generate them for you.
Catchalls should work for accounts

FLX Balance
You earn earn XPoints every time you buy an item or finish an activity.
You earn 100 XPoints for every $1 you spend shopping in stores or online with an FLX account.

XPoints do not expire as long as you make one purchase within 365 days of your last purchase.
Account creation tools such as Kalevala and some bots like Vite have the option to complete activities in order to build up FLX points.
FLX Tiers
There are three tiers for FLX - X1, X2 and X3.
X1
0 and 29,999 XPoints
Spend $0-$299
X2
30,000 and 49,999 XPoints
Spend $300-$499
X3
50,000 XPoints or more

Headstarts
Headstarts are highly recommended for in-store raffle entries.
They are used to increase your chances of winning.
Each FLX raffle entry can have up to 3 headstarts applied.
A Headstart costs 500 FLX Points. You will need a total of 1500 FLX points for 3 headstart entries.
Raffle Types
When entering a raffle, you can select either to have it shipped to your home or through in-store pickup, or both.
Ship To Me Raffle
For this raffle type, you will not need to confirm your entry upon selection.
You will be required to input your address and payment information, as your order will automatically be placed if you won.
In order to change your payment method on an account, you are required to complete an SMS code verification challenge.
This raffle type does not use head starts for an advantage.
In-Store Pickup
This option requires you to pick up your order instore.
You will not be charged once you win the raffle. You will pay for it in store after picking up.
You will need to confirm your reservation if you win the instore raffle. You have about 1 hour after the initial winners are selected in order to do so, or your win will be forfeited to someone on the waitlist.
You can apply head starts to increase your chances of winning. You can apply up to 3 head starts for a total of 4 for the best chance of hitting a raffle.
Entering a Raffle Manually
In the app, head to the releases tab on the bottom.
In the upcoming tab, find the sneaker you wish to enter for.
Select the raffle types you'd like to join - instore, ship to me or both.
Ship To Me
You will need to add a default shipping address and payment card if you haven't already.
In-Store
First select a store that is near your location or that you want to pick up from.
Once you have selected your store, confirm your entry.
Select the Add Head Starts button shown at the top.

You will have one head start applied already automatically for an FLX account. Select the bottom option to redeem FLX points for 3 hard starts to be applied to your entry.

Apply 3 head starts if you have the points for it.
Your entry is now completed and has a better chance of winning.
You will need to repeat this for each SKU and store you wish to enter for.
Raffle Entry Statuses
You can have the following statuses for your entries:
Waitlisted - if you do not win the raffle initially, you can be placed on a waitlist and may win 30-60 mins after the initial selection for another chance to win. This depends if people do not confirm their wins prior.
Selected (in-store)- your entry was selected and you will need to confirm the reservation before you can pick it up. You will have a limited amount of time to do this.
Lost - You did not win the raffle for that SKU for instore or online shipping.
Confirmed - You've confirmed your instore raffle pickup and can pick up on release date.
Purchased - You've won the online shipping raffle and have been charged with a confirmed order.
Updating Payment Method and SMS
In order to update the payment method on an FLX account, you will need to confirm it with an SMS code first.
You can utilize services such as Text Verified in order to recieve codes. Each code costs about $1.00 though so keep this in mind.
Foot Locker has banned phone numbers from these services in the past so you may need to cycle through a few numbers when updating payment method.
Profiles
Profile setup is similar to running FCFS drops on their website.
Name
For in-store, you need to have a valid first and last name according to an ID.
While you are not restricted from reusing the same name multiple times for instore entries, you should only confirm an entry once. Multiple entries under the same name can be denied pickup or cancelled even if you only attempt to pick up one at a time.
For online entries, you can use a random first and last name or random first/real last name fine.
Required for both instore and online shipping raffle options.
Address
Address is not required for in-store pickup raffle entry.
For online shipping, you can typically use the same address for your entries.
This includes not jigging your address as you normally would not jig during FCFS releases either.
You are restricted to the amount of pairs you can get from a shipping raffle similar to FCFS drops. You can expect to get 4-5 pairs before you start to get PV cancels on winners.

It is best to keep it to one card per raffle entry. Footsites do not let you typically reuse cards for multiple checkouts on hyped items.
Card is not needed for in-store pickup raffle. Only required for online shipping raffle.
To update payment method, you will need to first input a mobile number and verify an SMS code.
Emails
Real emails or catchalls work
FLX account email will be used for entry.
Not possible to reuse email for multiple entries
Matching Shipping and Billing
For Footsites, I would highly recommend making sure your shipping and billing information match.
Mismatching shipping and billing address seems to have a higher chance of giving a higher fraud score which can cause PV cancellations.
Checkout Limits
Footsites track duplicates by card, email and phone number combination.
You are allowed to use the same profile on other Footsites for one checkout, but a profile cannot be reused on the same Footsite for multiple checkouts.
Footsites allow typically 4-5 pairs on a scheduled drop to one address. Checkouts after this will get cancelled instantly for payment verification failure. Jigging does not help to bypass this.
Cancels
You can still have online shipping raffle orders cancelled similar to FCFS drops.
They follow the same PV rules as they still use the same system for fraud analysis of your orders.
Hitting too many pairs to the same address or information that fails their fraud check will result in cancels.
Instore raffle wins can be cancelled at the discretion of the store you won from.
