Introduction to Botting Guide
General Overview
This guide will cover the basics of what you need to get started with botting, from choosing a bot to resources required.
Bots
There are many sneaker bots available for purchase that target a variety of sites. When choosing a bot, you’ll have to take a few things into consideration:
Budget
Targeted Websites
Level of expertise with botting
Availability of bot and third party marketplaces
Targeted Websites
Bots do not support every website. You will have to purchase a bot that supports the website you are going for. Major websites will be more mutually supported across different bots. Consider sites such as:
Nike
Shopify (Kith, Undefeated, Shoe Palace, Shop Nice Kicks, Concepts, etc.)
Footsites (Foot Locker, Kid’s Foot Locker, Champs)
Supreme
Adidas
Hibbett
Finish Line/ JDSports
Target
Amazon
Best Buy
Walmart
Mesh (JDSports UK)
Off---White
Some bots are very limited in what they support, and sometimes can support one site only such as Supreme. Other bots can support multiple sites, and will be referred to as an AIO (all-in-one). Bots such as these can be more advantageous as they are more versatile than bots that support one singular site.
While AIO bots are nice, it’s important to remember that just because a bot supports a website, it does not mean that it is good for that website or even working at all. Bots that support a singular website can be more consistent for what it supports, and oftentimes will come with a much cheaper price tag - example being $1000 for an AIO vs $200 for a singular website bot. It is important to do research into how well the bot you plan to purchase actually does for the website you would like to bot.
When selecting the website you would like to target, I would consider things such as:
Stock level of that website
Difficulty of botting that website
Resources - proxies, server, gmails for recaptcha, profiles (cards, addresses), etc.
Cancellation practices - cancels duplicates heavy, etc.
Stock Level
Stock level of a website you’d like to bot is important to consider when buying a bot. The more stock a website has, the more chances that you will hit. Buying a bot for a store that consistently gets less than 100 pairs is not the best idea when starting out. It is preferable to aim for websites that get thousands of pairs instead, such as Nike. Many stores no longer do online First Come First Served style drops, leaving you with far fewer options compared to botting a few years ago.
Budget
Buying a bot is considerably cheaper in today’s market. Before, depending on the bot you chose, you could pay upwards of up to $6000-$7000 for a single top-tier bot. Today, you can get those same bots for less than $100 per month usually.
If you’re new to botting, then it generally does not make much sense to pay this much money for a bot right away until you gain more experience botting. You don’t want to be in a scenario right away where you have to make thousands of dollars from the bot you just purchased to breakeven. Keep in mind you will have other expenses such as proxies, gmails, tools such as AYCD, servers, etc.
Ideally it is preferred to start out with a more budget friendly bot. The amount you will want to spend will vary on your capital and how much money you are willing to invest. You can purchase a good starter bot such as Valor, Hayha, etc. for below $100 through our groupbuys. Refract is another great option, though they charge a larger initial fee of $300 which includes 3 months. You'll need to keep in mind the sites you want to bot. Given that bot prices today aren't as high as they once were, your options increase without having to break the bank.
If going for sneakers, the best website to bot now in terms of stock levels would be Nike AKA SNKRS. Shopify is the platform that 95% of sneaker shops / boutiques use. Valor is a solid choice for Nike and Shopify, while PhoenixAIO and Makebot dominate SNKRS and Shopify respectively. Both of the aforementioned bots only support their single platforms and nothing else; while still bearing hefty initial fees of over $300.
While stores such as Footsites and Finish Line get good stock, they are largely released through raffles only and are not as accessible with botting as they once were.
Retail stores, such as Amazon, Best Buy, Target and Walmart, release their own profitable items. These stores provide large amounts of stock for Pokemon Cards, Sports Cards, Consoles, Electronics, and other collectible items. Many of the items that we post can be purchased from these retail stores. It is highly recommend to chase items on these stores. We recommend Refract, as it consistently dominates all 4 of them. Valor recently added Best Buy and Pokemon Center modules and has been performing quite well on both stores.
Personally, I would say the top websites to focus on when starting out would be sites such as Nike and Shopify. If you would like to get into retail botting for Pokemon cards, then you can also consider botting Target and Walmart.
Bots that still work and cover these websites well are as follows:
Hayha - Retail Stores, New Balance, Dicks Sporting Goods, Footsites, FLX, Nike FLOW, SNKRS.
Makebot - Shopify
Valor - Shopify, Shopify Automations, SNKRS, Nike FLOW, Footsites, New Balance, Best Buy, Pokemon Center.
Shikari - Walmart, Target, Panini.
PhoenixAIO - SNKRS.
StellarAIO - Retail Stores, Pokemon Center.
Refract - Amazon, Best Buy, Target, Walmart, Walgreens, Apple.
CyberAIO - Shopify, Nike FLOW, Demandware, Popmart, Footsites.
Refer to the link below for a more comprehensive list of recommended bots for each store.
Best Bots to BuyMake sure to consider all of your needs and desires before purchasing any software, proxies, or servers. Take the time to read through all of our guides for each website you want purchase items from. Do you have enough cards right now? How many addresses can you use? Do you need to acquire email addresses? How much money are you willing to invest? How much capital can you spend on product? Do you want sneakers? Pokemon cards? or both? Do you have 5-10 different addresses and 20+ cards ready to use for SNKRS? These are just some of the questions you should be asking yourself. Remember that you are surrounded by many veteran botters who are happy to assist you with this entire process. Please feel free to open up a support ticket at any time in our Discord server. Keep in mind AMNotify offers free autocheckout (ACO) for all members. We highly recommend signing up for this service while you begin your botting journey! You can find more details about this service below.
Free Autocheckout (ACO)Profiles
A profile in your bot will typically consist of the following elements:
First Name
Last Name
Email
Phone Number
Address
Card
Most websites do not allow you to purchase multiples of the same item. Because of this, you will need to have unique profile information in order to purchase multiples and have them ship. In many cases, this means you’ll need to have a different name (same last name across all is generally fine), email, phone number, address and card for each profile.
Jigging Profiles
There are many ways around this to make it seem you are a different person each time. Through various methods, you will be able to have unique email addresses, phone numbers, addresses and cards. This is what is referred to as "jigging" your profiles.
Name
While not as important as other aspects of your profiles, stores that are more attentive can choose to filter your duplicate orders by name. It's a good practice typically to randomize your first name at the very least. For stores such as Shopify sites that might choose to filter more harshly, randomizing your first and last name is a good practice.
Check the guide below for additional information on how to randomize your name and tools you can use to help out.
NameEmail
Websites will often limit you to one order per email address. This means that you will need to have multiple email addresses if you plan to hit multiples of an item.
An older trick was the dot trick or plus trick method, where you could insert these characters into your email address to get multiple emails. For example,
Test123@gmail.com → Test.123@gmail.com
Test123@gmail.com → Test123+456@gmail.com
However, this method does not work well anymore for most sites so it is not recommended to do.
The best solution for obtaining multiple email addresses for billing profiles is to either use a catchall domain or forwarded gmails.
Check the Email guide below for a more in depth breakdown of emails, including catchalls and forwarded gmail information.
EmailCatchall
A catchall email domain is a domain that can be used to receive all emails that are sent to that domain regardless of the email address being invalid. All emails that are sent to this catchall domain would get automatically forwarded to an email address of your choosing.
For example, let’s say you owned the domain @test.com and your personal email is test123@gmail.com. Any email that is sent to an email address that contains the domain @test.com, would automatically be forwarded to test123@gmail.com.
Catchalls are the most commonly used trick for creating multiple Gmails. A catchall domain is helpful for a lot of reasons. It’s a cheap and effective way to collect all emails used for purchases and to have unique email addresses for stores that limit you to one purchase per customer.
For more information on a catchall domain and how to set one up, please take a look at the dedicated catchall guide linked above.
iCloud
iCloud offers a service called "Hide my Email" that enables the users to generate email aliases that forward to a primary iCloud email account. You are required to purchase a premium plan to gain access to this feature. Fortunately the plan will only cost 99 cents per month. This will allow you to generate up to roughly 750-800 emails. Signup for an iCloud account at https://www.icloud.com/plan/ . You only need to purchase the $0.99/m plan. iCloud offers additional plans; however, these larger plans do not currently offer an increased limit on emails. iCloud limits generation to about 5-10 emails per hour. Software such as AYCD can create the emails for you and wait in-between tasks. You can find more information on generating iCloud emails below. This is an excellent option for beginners.
iCloud Email GeneratingForwarded Gmails
You can also set up another type of catchall system. This method doesn’t use a catchall domain, rather a bunch of real email addresses such as Gmails that are preforwarded to one inbox. The inbox that they are all forwarded to will serve as the “catchall” email.
Unlike a catchall domain where you use a bunch of fake email addresses with your domain to automatically forward to one email address, you will need to have real Gmails for this.
For more information on Forwarded Gmails, please see the dedicated guide linked above and also additional info below:
How to Manually Forward GmailsPhone Number
Most stores will only allow one order to be placed per phone number. This means you will need to have unique phone numbers for each billing profile in your bot.
The best way to get around this is to generate random phone numbers for each profile. Stores will never call the phone number associated with the profile that placed the order. This means you can use totally random phone numbers across each profile with no consequences.
One thing I would suggest is to use your real area code for your phone number. For example, if your area code was 123, then you should ideally use 123 as the area code for all phone numbers. This makes it seem that the phone number is still a legitimate phone number that is associated with your address.
The best method to make random phone numbers with your real area code is to use Excel or Google Sheets, or to use a profile tool such as AYCD or EZM4C.

Phone NumbersAddress
Address is another thing stores can filter for when trying to limit customers to one per item. There are many ways to modify your address, or “jig” it, that would help you to bypass a store’s address filtration system.
The most common method of modifying your address include using a combination of methods such as:
Line 1 - Street Suffix Abbreviation
Line 2 - Random Secondary Unit
Random Letters
Misspelling
Flipping Line 1 and 2 of Address
Refer to the general address jigging guide below for more information.
General Address Jigging Guide:
AddressCards
Many websites are able to track if a card has been used for a release already and will restrict it from placing more than one order. Many people do not have access to that many hard cards that they can use for a release.
Virtual cards are temporary cards that are linked to some type of funding source such as a bank account, debit card or credit line. Virtual cards are helpful because they allow you to create more cards that you can use for your billing profiles, which will help you secure multiples of the same items.
Be sure to read through the general VCC Guide here:
CardsThe most popular virtual cards include:
Privacy
Amex Employee Business Cards
Capital One Eno
Slash
These cards are more accessible to the general public. Privacy is linked to your bank account or a debit card, while Capital One Eno and Amex Employee requires credit cards in order to use them. Slash is a service started dedicated to resellers, but does carry a monthly fee associated with it, and requires money to be topped up from your bank account prior to use.
Not all virtual cards work for every site, such as Privacy not working on Supreme. Most virtual cards have merchant locks as well, meaning once you use them on a website, they are locked to that site and cannot be used elsewhere.
If you own a business or are registered as a sole-proprietor or LLC, you also have access to business cards as well. Some options for this include:
Stripe Issuing
Amex Business and other bank business cards that offer employee cards
Banks such as Amex and Chase offer business cards that can include employee cards. Employee cards are additional cards that can be used for your profiles. Amex for example offers you 99 employee cards on top of the main hard card itself.
Proxies
When you hear about bots, you will often see a lot of people talk about proxies. In order to bot effectively, you will need proxies.
To learn more about what a proxy is and the different types of proxies, read through our general proxy guide linked below:
ProxiesSelecting Which Type of Proxy to Use
Residential proxies and ISP DC proxies are the most commonly used proxies today. ISP Datacenter proxies are generally better than residential proxies due to their speed and stability, however come at a higher price tag than bandwidth for a residential proxy would. The best thing to do is to run both ISP DC proxies and residential proxies.
Many people run both residential proxies and ISP proxies in separate proxy lists during a release. While ISP DC are much better than residential proxies, they are more expensive. Residential proxies can be used to supplement your ISP DC tasks so that you can run more tasks.
If you are unsure of how much or what type of proxy you should purchase, a good starting number when running is 2 GB of residential data and 25-50 ISP DC starting out. Once you get a better feel for botting and more experience, you can start to scale up as needed to a number you are comfortable with.
You don’t necessarily want to buy too many proxies starting out, as expenses can start to add up faster than you may realize. Run a few drops and try to get comfortable with botting first. Once you are more comfortable, feel free to start investing more money into your setup.
Residential Proxy Sources
Residential proxies primarily come from major providers such as NetNut, Oxylabs, Smart, etc. Most providers will sell you residential proxies that come from sources like these. Keep this in mind when purchasing residential proxies from a few different providers. Chances are that you’re buying proxies that are resold from the same parent provider and the effectiveness of those proxies won’t be any different from each other.
You can find the source of these residential proxies and more information in this guide:
Source of ProxiesRecommended Proxy Providers
You can look through this guide here for a list of recommended proxy providers:
Recommended Proxy ProvidersServer
Servers are like a remote PC that has both the power/specs and internet speeds needed in order to have your bots function properly and give you the best possible operating conditions during a release.
Servers are not always required to own depending on the PC you own already, your internet speed and distance to the location of your proxies.
To learn what a server is, the types of servers, guidelines for needing a server or not and server recommendations, check out the dedicated server guide linked below:
ServersCaptchas
Captcha is a form of bot protection that a website can use to protect itself against spam and abuse. A CAPTCHA test can be implemented on a website to decide whether you are a human or a likely bot.
There are two forms of captcha that you will commonly come across. The first one is reCAPTCHA, which is owned by Google, and the second one is known as hCaptcha.
There are three different forms of reCAPTCHA that a website will be able to choose from that you’ll commonly see.
reCAPTCHA v2 ("I'm not a robot" Checkbox)
reCAPTCHA v2 (Invisible reCAPTCHA badge)
reCAPTCHA v3
When attempting to complete a reCAPTCHA challenge on a website, Google will look at a few factors to determine if they can trust you or not, and if you are likely to be human or a bot/automated response.
These two will primarily affect the difficulty of the reCAPTCHA challenge. If your Google Account is in good standing, the IP address of the request is unflagged by Google, then you will get easier captchas relative to the captcha security setting the site is using, the current site traffic and the browser reCAPTCHA is being solved from.
If a site is using captcha, then you will want to have one clicks for captchas on sites such as Supreme. If you have to solve captchas, or get really bad/long captchas to solve, then your chances of hitting a release are significantly lower.
Many people purchase aged Gmails in order to aid with captchas. Sneaky is a great provider that I would personally recommend that you can purchase Gmails from that will help you greatly with getting one clicks for captchas.
hCaptchas work differently than the reCAPTCHA system, and does not require Gmails or any other type of account/email for it. Many bots have automatic hCaptcha solvers already within the bot itself, making it much more automated than you are able to do with reCAPTCHA.
Be sure to take a read through the dedicated Captcha and Gmail guide linked below for more information on captchas.
CaptchasAccounts
Most websites will not require accounts in order to be able to purchase items. However, some websites do require you to have accounts in order for the chance to participate in a release.
Nike
The biggest sneaker website that you will need to purchase an account for is Nike. Every Nike bot will require one account per task if you want to bot Snkrs releases. This means if you want to have 100 Nike tasks in your bots, you will also need 100 verified Nike accounts in order to enter.
With Nike accounts, you have the option to either make your own accounts or purchase from various providers. Due to the popularity of Nike botting, accounts have become a lot more expensive. While it's recommended to make your own accounts with something like AYCD or Kalevala, some providers with success include:
CopWithKyle (best overall)
Twitter: https://twitter.com/copwithkyle
Kline
Twitter: https://twitter.com/klineaccounts
Storm
Twitter: https://twitter.com/StormAccounts
Vex (newer but promoted by Wrath and Valor)
Twitter: https://twitter.com/vexaccounts
Shopify
Some Shopify websites such as Undefeated require accounts in order to place orders. If a website requires an account, then you won’t be able to view the checkout page until you sign in.
There’s no reason to pay for Shopify accounts however. You can either make them manually on your own, or utilize a tool mentioned in Helpful Tools to generate accounts for you for free. No SMS Verification is required either when generating accounts for Shopify.
You will have to make an account individually for each store. Making an account on Undefeated does not make an account on Concepts for example. To find a list of sites that require accounts, refer to the site list guide here:
Shopify Site List Guide: TBD
Retail Sites
Almost all retail sites requrire accounts. This includes Amazon, Target, Walmart and Best Buy. You can easily make your own accounts for each of these websites, using account creation tools such as AYCD and Kalevala. More information regarding these tools can be found here Helpful Tools.
Helpful Tools
There are many helpful tools that can help you to manage the essentials for a botter, such as profiles, cookies, servers, Gmail activity harvesting and more.
AYCD
Website: https://aycd.io/
Twitter: https://twitter.com/aycdio
Price: $18/Month through #AYCD-Partnership Channel in AMNotify https://ptb.discord.com/channels/648895852491964447/651180203178983445/651191844452958239
Notes: Always available to purchase at any time
AYCD is a helpful tool for many botters that comes with a variety of features, including:
One Click Tool to help generate activity on Gmails and a Gmail forwarder
Location spoofing tool for Snkrs stashes and passes
Browser spoof tool to create multiple browsers on proxies
Profile and Billing converter that can import billing from multiple bots and built-in profile jigging tools
Bot Manager that can manage and track sales, bot keys and logins, account generator for multiple sites, and generating Privacy, Capital One Eno and Stripe cards.
Kylin
Website: https://www.kylinbot.io/
Twitter: https://twitter.com/KylinBot
Price: $36/ 3 Months
Notes: Not always in-stock, but does restock often on their Twitter.
Kylin is similar to AYCD, but it isn't as well rounded and doesn't offer as much utility/value compareed to what AYCD does.
Kalevala Utility

Website: https://www.kalevalautility.com/
Twitter: https://twitter.com/kalevalautility
Price: $20/Month
Notes: Always in-stock
Kalevala is primarily used for generating accounts, and serves mainly as an alternative option for AYCD in that matter. It's not quite as robust as AYCD, but in some areas is a better option for generating accounts. It is not as effective as a profile conversion tool either.
